More than a trip.

From the cobblestone streets of historic Antigua to the shores of Lake Atitlán, this journey is designed to experience Guatemala slowly and meaningfully.

We’ll move between boutique stays and a more locally rooted lakefront experience, share meals, explore markets and traditions, connect with local communities, and leave room to simply be in the place we're visiting.

This isn't about checking off sights. It's about experiencing Guatemala through its people, culture, food, traditions and landscape.

About your hosts for Guatemala

Antonina

Founder of EMBODY by Antonina

Antonina is the founder of EMBODY, where she creates thoughtfully curated experiences that bring together travel, movement, wine, and meaningful connection.

With a background in education and years of experience as both a teacher and yoga instructor, she brings a natural sense of intention, curiosity, and care to the experiences she creates. Her approach is less about rushing through an itinerary and more about slowing down enough to truly experience a place, its people, and its culture.

Travel has deeply shaped the way Antonina sees the world. Shared meals, unexpected conversations, and time spent immersed in unfamiliar places have reinforced her belief that some of the most meaningful experiences happen when we are fully present.

Through EMBODY Escapes, she creates intimate small-group journeys designed to feel thoughtful, personal, and connected, with space for cultural immersion, movement, exceptional food and drink, and the moments you could never plan.
