Hi, I’m Antonina

Hi, I’m Antonina. Some call me Nina.

My work centers on helping people step out of autopilot and into an embodied way of living in a world that moves quickly and asks a lot of us.

I guide private and small group experiences through movement, gatherings, and travel.

These experiences are designed to be genuine connections shaped by the people present and the environment around us.

My foundation is in education, with a master’s degree and years of experience teaching in classroom settings, alongside my work as a yoga instructor.

Learning, reflection, and embodied awareness are central to how I operate.

Travel

Travel has shaped how I move through the world. Shared meals with locals, long conversations that unfold slowly, and time spent in unfamiliar places taught me that presence often comes from paying attention.

Through these experiences, I have learned as much about myself as I have about the cultures and people around me. That perspective informs how I design experiences that feel grounded and human.

Wine

Wine is another doorway into sensory awareness and connection. The taste of a wine can transport you to a sunlit vineyard in South Africa or an afternoon in the Tuscan countryside, holding memory, place, and emotion in a single sip. With a background in wine education, including WSET Level 3, I weave wine into guided gatherings as a way to invite conversation and a deeper experience of place.

I bring this same care and intention to EMBODY Escapes, guided small group cultural immersions designed for depth, ease, and meaningful connection.
